The key : a belief !
When Palestinians were forced to leave their homes to the diaspora in 1948 (x) , when Britain along with some Arab regimes said to them that they will be back shortly . They walked to the darkness not knowing that , they left with their house keys and the official papers that prove their rights in it !
Some even left the food in the oven in a clear sign that they were deceived!
Today after 64 years, Palestinians still carry the keys and pass it the next generation to use it one day when they come back home .
I love my hijaab… not only does it humble me infront of my Lord, causing me to fear His punishment if I disobey Him and yet causing me to hope in rewards, in both this life and the next because my adherence to it.
Alhamdulillah, all praise is for Allah, the worldy benefits are numerous; gaining respect, saving my skin being damaged by the weather, feeling closer to Allah, establishing ties with great sisters, being spoken to rather than at… And I could go on and on.
Don’t you see my fellow believers, my brothers and sisters in humanity… Withthe hijaab, you know you are on the right track (inshaAllah).
It keeps you from doing evil and urges you to do good. It helps you regain the reigns at which shaytan has been tugging, those reigns that control my nafs, myself.
The nafs lawwaamah, which struggles and strives to overcome satan, that is the one whose self control increases him on self esteem.
Alhamdulillah, my hijaab is great for my body, mind and soul.
